Limited Warranty Coverage

Battery Safety Care™ offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for eligible physical products.

Warranty coverage applies only to normal, intended use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, improper storage, or exposure to heat or fire.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage from improper charging or storage
• Damage from fire, heat exposure, or accidents
• Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact us with the following information:

• Order number or proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos or documentation, if requested
